We were commissioned to act as Passivhaus Designers by Provest Concept Developers for 3 luxury villas, to develop them for the PH energy standard for a detailed planning application, and subsequently for the technical design for tender documentation. The scope involved developing Passivhaus-quality details for brick, stone and render facade options for the 3 villas, as well as extensive re-configuration of site levels (retaining existing trees) to create underground accommodation including garages, plant and swimming pool areas plus ancillary accommodation for terraces.
