We were appointed to provide technical architectural services including detailed design for the conversion of a locally listed office building and the adjoining concrete frames offices, to luxury flats. The initial layout set the location of the proposed circulation and service crew and subsequently the fire strategy and informed the design of the envelope fabric upgrade required to meet building regulations. All apartment layouts were then generated and designed from this point including for roof level terraces with views over Bushy park.
